What’s going on in this wonderful city of ours? Well, plenty! See below for a couple of events that might just strike a fancy…

Wednesday: There’s one place that comes to mind when you think HUMP DAY… Yip, &Union started and lead the social scene every Wednesday with their Puma Social Club, insanely tasty Craft Beer, great music line-ups, friendly staff,  and that infamous food and awesome locals – Yep, Gil Hockman doing the entertaining tonight for Real Music Wednesdays with Puma Social – you know where to find us come 17h00.

Thursday: It all begins with the Cosmo Lingerie party at The Cape Sun hotel… Looks like the “Who’s who” of the fashion, entertainment, media and celebrity world will be out in full force to catch a glimpse of the sexy girls doing their thing on the runway – Think  it’s an invite only event if I’m not mistaken so find that person with extra ticket / + one, and get on it. You will NOT regret it.

Friday: There’s a new kid on the block… And it has been formed by one of the world’s best Big Wave Surfers (Grant Twiggy Baker) and a Playboy Playmate (Kate Lovemore) – WHAT A COMBO! Future “Hot Spot”, Aces’n'Spades Bar is open to the public and is starting with a banger of a party this Friday with Mr Ard Matthews entertaining the masses. Situated in the middle of town, this Rock ‘n Roll themed venue is going to be a hit with everyone wanting good music, pretty people, hardcore-ness, good tunes and great setting… SOLD! See you Friday.

Saturday: “The Lock Stock” – “A creative platform for artists and designers seeking to showcase their work to the general public in a market environment.” Well that about sums it up…. From 09h00 till 14h00 at 145 Sir Lowry Road in Woodstock – It’s something different, something new and something cool… Yes, Cape Town is the Design Capital for 2014, this is how it begins. Get on down there and show your support.

Saturday Night: Pandora had a box, this box was never meant to be opened… Well it has been, and the contents of which are going to be laid out for us on Saturday night at Zula Bar – God help us all. Neo Genetic (Israel) and friends will be unleashing HAVOC on the dance-floor with some ‘ear-bleeding’ 148 bpm tracks in a party that is set to ensure your love for trance and all things that go DOOF DOOF.
