Launched in October 2005, one small seed is an independent South African media powerhouse, consisting of a quarterly print magazine (one small seed), a blog (onesmallseed.com), a social network (onesmallseed.net), online TV (onesmallseed.tv), a photography publication (Picture This), a production company (one small seed productions) and a series of events (celebrate.this).
One small seed is foremost a platform for showcasing creative talent – no matter how big or small its seed – from small South African businesses and garage creatives to international artists, musicians, architects and designers. We provide a global platform for local creativity, wherever in the world it may originate. Support independent publishing: Independence generates difference and it’s the difference that keeps the world interesting.
ICE Model Management was founded in 1995, and has grown to the extent that it is now regarded as the leading model agency in South Africa, representing the upper echelon of the South African modelling industry.
Due to the immediate success of the ICE Models brand in Cape Town, further branches in Johannesburg (1996) and Durban (2000) were opened, both of which are now thriving in their own areas. ICE Models can now be considered South Africa’s only true modelling network giving them a distinct advantage over their competitors as the various branches assist in finding and developing the best talent from around SA.
